Led by founding partner Dr. Salih Oktar, a member of the governing body of the Turkish Criminal Law Association, our criminal law practice focuses on commercial crime, including white-collar offences, tax evasion and customs offences.

We represent domestic and international clients from investigation to trial and appeal, including in banking and cyber crime cases and criminal proceedings related to intellectual property. Prof. Dr. Holm Putzke, professor of criminal law at the University of Passau, supports the team as Of Counsel.
